Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Vibak Testing, we are committed to delivering professional and reliable mobile DNA testing services. Please review our policy on cancellations and refunds before booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Same-day cancellations may incur a £40 administrative service fee, due to scheduling and collector costs.
No refunds are issued once testing has begun or if a participant refuses or fails to provide a sample at the appointment.
If a recollection is necessary and all parties are cooperative, we will gladly reschedule the appointment at no extra charge.
Turnaround times are estimated at the time of booking and reconfirmed at collection. While we aim to meet all stated timelines, occasional laboratory delays may occur.
